Payment
Payments can be made safely and securely via Stripe or Paypal. Full payment must be received before items are shipped.
Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days and are sent via the Royal Mail signed for service. Larger orders will be sent via Parcel Force. Shipping is currently only available to UK Mainland.
Returns
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss your refund. Item/s agreed for refund must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, and must be in saleable condition. Refunds cannot be made until the item has reached me, so please be sure to send via recorded delivery. Postage cannot be refunded.
